  • Cancellation Policy


    Refund of registration fee will be as follows:
    • Cancellation received until and including July 13, 2023 - full refund minus €60 administrative fees
    • Cancellation received between July 13 and August 16 (included) 2022 – minus 50%
    • From August 16, 2023 – no refund will be made

    The Organizing Committee is not responsible for double registrations. In these cases, the cancellation policy will be applied.
